开齿穿条设备使用前要做哪些检查呢？

1、清理设备：在开机前应对设备的工作台、机械加工面、电镀件表面用沾油棉纱进行擦拭，与型材直接接触部位应用干净的棉纱擦拭干净，以免污染型材，必要时还可用吹尘对工作台表面等部位进行吹尘清理；
