断桥铝型材开齿机的工作原理

  传统的断桥隔热铝型材一般由A面和B面组成,如附图1所示,为现有的分离式断桥隔热铝型材,断桥隔热型材通过在两根铝合金型材间嵌入隔热胶条实现隔热功能,在加工生产过程中,需要对铝型材上的安装槽进行开齿,再穿入胶条。现有开齿穿条机即是针对铝型材开齿和安装胶条设计的设备,通过开齿穿条机能够在凹槽内开齿,并将胶条穿在凹槽内,增大摩擦力,有效防止相对滑动,提高隔热保温效果。

The bridge insulation profile achieves insulation function by embedding insulation rubber strips between two aluminum alloy profiles. Through the gear cutting and threading machine, teeth can be cut in the groove and the rubber strip can be threaded into the groove, increasing friction, effectively preventing relative sliding, and improving insulation and thermal insulation effect.

  现有的开齿穿条装置已有部分具有A面B面同时开齿穿条的功能,但是其由于通过切削开齿,在切削过程中由于切削设备与型材硬性接触而导致产生振动,而由于型材是不断往前移动而不是固定的,仅能对其进行限位,故产生的振动会严重影响加工精度,影响后续穿条工序。
