滚压复合机主要由放卷、复合辊组、加热冷却、收卷及控制系统构成。放卷装置平稳放出塑料薄膜、纸张、金属箔等原材料。复合辊组是核心,至少有一对光滑、耐磨的辊筒。加热冷却系统调控温度,收卷装置卷绕复合后的材料,控制系统精准调节辊筒转速、温度、压力等参数。​

工作时,放卷装置依序送出原材料至复合辊组。辊筒同步转动,使材料紧密贴合,如塑料薄膜与纸张在复合辊挤压下靠近。此时加热系统升温,不同材料复合温度要求不同,像塑料薄膜与无纺布复合,常将温度控制在塑料薄膜软化点附近,使其表面软化,在压力作用下与无纺布融合,压力促进分子扩散缠绕,增强复合强度。复合完成后,材料进入冷却系统,风冷或水冷使其降温,软化的材料重新固化,稳定复合结构。​

During operation, the unwinding device sequentially sends the raw materials to the composite roller group. The roller rotates synchronously to make the material tightly adhere, such as when plastic film and paper are pressed together by the composite roller. At this point, the heating system heats up, and different materials require different composite temperatures. For example, when composite plastic film with non-woven fabric, the temperature is often controlled near the softening point of the plastic film to soften its surface. Under pressure, it fuses with the non-woven fabric, promoting molecular diffusion and winding, and enhancing the composite strength. After the composite is completed, the material enters the cooling system and is cooled by air or water cooling. The softened material solidifies again to stabilize the composite structure. ​

关键技术参数影响​

Influence of key technical parameters

辊筒转速关乎复合速度,过快复合不充分,过慢影响效率,包装材料复合时,转速一般每分钟几十转到数百转。温度对复合质量影响大,过高致材料变形、性能下降,过低复合强度不足,如铝箔与聚乙烯薄膜复合,温度控制在 120℃ - 150℃。压力决定材料贴合程度,过小贴合差,过大易损坏材料或使设备负载大,实际需根据材料厚度、硬度等调节,压力范围通常在几千克力每平方厘米到几十千克力每平方厘米。

The rotational speed of the roller is related to the composite speed. If it is too fast, the composite speed will not be sufficient, and if it is too slow, it will affect efficiency. When packaging materials are composite, the rotational speed is generally tens to hundreds of revolutions per minute. Temperature has a significant impact on the quality of composite materials. If the temperature is too high, it can cause material deformation and performance degradation. If the temperature is too low, the composite strength is insufficient. For example, when aluminum foil and polyethylene film are composite, the temperature should be controlled between 120 ℃ and 150 ℃. Pressure determines the degree of material adhesion. If the adhesion is too small, it will result in poor adhesion. If it is too large, it may damage the material or increase the load on the equipment. In practice, it needs to be adjusted according to the thickness and hardness of the material. The pressure range is usually from a few kilograms of force per square centimeter to tens of kilograms of force per square centimeter.
