　　1、操作者必须熟悉设备性能和规范操作方法。认识所需穿条型材大小面及相对应规格的隔热条。

1. The operator must be familiar with equipment performance and safety regulations and operating methods. Understand the required size, surface, and corresponding specifications of insulation strips for threading profiles.

　　2、工作前应先检查电源和气路情况，和自动运行速度及三刀前后水平。

2. Before starting work, it is necessary to check the power and air circuit conditions, as well as the automatic operating speed and the level before and after the three knives.

　　3、检查所需穿条型材有无变形，掉漆，划伤，色差等缺陷，无问题后穿上对应隔热条。

　　4、需根据型材需压条位置调节刀具高度和上下距离，固定搁料升降轮。刀具调到正好与穿隔热条槽口水平，转动三个刀具压力轮，压紧型材。力度合适后固定紧。调节固定上面的三个轮，刚好贴上型材上面固定紧之后，试压一支料。

4. Firstly, it is necessary to adjust the height and distance of the cutting tool according to the position of the profile pressing bar, and fix the material lifting wheel. Adjust the cutting tool to be exactly level with the groove of the insulation strip, rotate three cutting tool pressure wheels, and press the profile tightly. Fix tightly after the appropriate force is applied. Adjust and fix the three wheels on top, just press them tightly onto the profile, and then test a piece of material.

　　5、所压好的型材必须是直的，抖动不变形，型材内腔完好。隔热条无破损，型材无破损。

　　6、机器运行时，操作者不得穿插机器前后，需调节必须停止运行才可穿行。

　　7、手动调节试压好后才可自动批量工作，并时常检查所压型材是否符合工艺要求。

　　8、长时间离岗需关掉电源，运行发现故障问题必须停止工作，上报主管。

　　9、设备每星期保养一次，加注润滑油，检查配套零件有无松动。
